Serve Foundation is committed to ensuring a transparent and efficient donation process for our valued donors. While we strive to process donations accurately, we understand that, in rare instances, errors or the desire to cancel a donation may arise. In such cases, the following refund policy will apply:

 

Refund Request Processing:

In the unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if a donor wishes to cancel their donation, the Foundation will respond promptly. Donors must submit a written refund request within 1 day of making the donation to Serve Foundation’s official address or email at info@servefoundation.in. The request should include the payment receipt and personal details necessary for initiating the refund.

Timely Response:

The Foundation is committed to responding to refund requests within 30 working days upon receiving a valid refund request. The actual refund processing time may vary depending on the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction.

Data Retention:

Serve Foundation adheres to a data retention policy, seeking to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.

Non-Product Related Transactions:

As Serve Foundation does not sell any products, there is no provision for product refunds or returns. This policy is specifically applicable to monetary donations made for the foundation’s charitable causes.

Other Disclosures:

Serve Foundation may disclose information as required by law, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users, and as necessary to enforce our terms of services.
